Buenos días guap@s!!! De nuevo viernes y ya queda nada para las vacaciones!!! Qué ganitas que tengo!!!

Morning beauties!!! Happy Friday to everyone!!! Just a few days to leaving on vacations!!! I can't wait!!! 

El look de hoy es el que llevé el pasado viernes cuando me pasé por el Mercadillo de Candela en Enfant Terrible.  Con este calor sólo apetece ponerse prendas fresquitas, por lo que elegí unos shorts estampados  (una de las pocas cosas que he comprado estas rebajas..)  y un top blanco, que con mi nuevo collar Art Decó de María Galán, quedaba fenomenal! Me encanta como realza cualquier estilismo!!! No os parece?  Acompañando el conjunto uno de mis bolsos preferidos para el verano El New Willis de Coach (edición limitada). 

This is the outfit I wore last Friday when I went to the "de Candela" pop-up in Enfant Terrible. With this heat just fancy clothes get chilly, so I chose patterned shorts (one of the few things I bought this sales ..) and a white top. Just added my new Art Decó María Galán necklace.. and that's it!! I love how it enhances any style!... Don't you? Loewe Open doors - Les Journées Particuliéres 2013

Hola a todos! Feliz viernes!!! Cómo hemos llegado hasta aquí?? Llevo una semana de locos pero muy contenta!!

Morning! Happy Friday to everyone!! Hope you had a wonderful week so far!!! We're on Friday again!!! I can believe it!!! This week it has been crazy for me, however amazing!!!

El pasado viernes 14 de junio, asistí a las jornadas de puertas abiertas en la recién inaugurada fábrica de Loewe, en Getafe (Madrid). Este evento iniciado por el director de LVMH Antoine Arnault en 2011, ofrece la oportunidad durante unos días de visitar las Casas de lujo más emblemáticas de la firma, y ha contado con una gran acogida por parte del público en anteriores ediciones. La visita consistía en hacer un recorrido, guiado por las áreas mas representativas de la fábrica : Los archivos de la casa, donde exhíben hasta 500 piezas de las 3.000 que guardan registradas, la planta de producción, el nuevo centro de corte, la nueva escuela de marroquinería, y los talleres de desarrollo de bolsos y Pret-a-Porter, entre otras.

Fué una maravillosa experiencia que disfrutamos muchísimo y altamente enriquecedora. Nos explicaron con detalle y paso a paso el proceso de fabricación de un bolso Amazona, hoy en día insignia de la firma, y pudimos ver a los artesanos trabajando en directo, y como se utilizan las máquinas en el proceso, sin dejar de ser un trabajo artesanal, hecho con mucha dedicación, esmero y cariño.

Siento no poder mostraros ninguna foto del evento (mas que la de la entrada). No estaba permitido pero os invito a que veáis este video: Maestros de la piel  y este otro aquí, donde Felipe Peña nos cuenta su trabajo de comprador de piel... Muy interesante!!

Quiero dar las gracias a todo el equipo de Loewe que hizo que la visita fuera una gran experiencia que no olvidaré. Y si ya tenía el Amazona en mi wish list ahora es un must have!!! ☺

Last weekend, LVMH’s 2013 Les Journées Particulières event spread out over 40 locations to open up their world of significant heritage and supreme craftsmanship.Initiated by LVMH director Antoine Arnault in 2011, this year the event swelled over more houses offering tours of their workshops, ateliers and factories.

On Friday June 14th, I attended the Open House at the newly opened Loewe factory in Getafe (Madrid), during the second edition of Les Journées Particulières. Over 40 exceptional sites will open their doors this year on the second edition of the Journées Particulières gave large numbers of people an opportunity to discover the passion and skills that epitomise their Houses. 

The visit consisted of a tour, guided by the most representative areas of the factory. The house files, where up to 500 unique exhibit of the 3,000 registered guarding, the production plant, the new center court, the new school luggage, and handbags development workshops and Pret-a-Porter, among others.

It was a wonderful experience and enjoyed it immensely enriching. They explained in detail and step by step process of making an Amazona bag, nowadays signature logo, and we could see the artisans at work live, and how machines are used in the process, not to be a craftsmanship, made with dedication, care and affection.

 I want to thank the whole Loewe team to made ​​the visit as great experience I will not forget!!  And if Amazon had on my wish list now is a "Must have"!!! ☺

Trip to Sevilla

Hace casi un mes que estuve en Sevilla para asistir al Showroom de María Galán, del que os hablé aquí  ., pero no había tenido tiempo de mostraros algunas imágenes de esta bella ciudad. Era mi primera visita a Sevilla y me atrapó completamente el embrujo de sus calles, edificios y la simpatía de sus  habitantes. No tuve mucha suerte con el tiempo pero la ciudad es una belleza con sol o bajo la lluvia... 

Los looks que elegí fueron cómodos para visitar la ciudad. Espero que os gusten las fotos y que disfrutéis el post de hoy, a mi me trae recuerdos muy bonitos de un largo fin de semana con buenos amigos y que disfruté muchísimo. Pronto volveré!! 

 

Last month I spent a long week end on Sevilla. I went to attend the María Galán Showroom. I talked about here , but I don't have the opportunity to show you on the blog some pictures of this beautiful city. It was my first time at Sevilla and I completely in love! The weather it wasn't so good... Sometimes rainy, some sunny... The city is amazing.. If  the sun is shinning or under the rain.. no matter of what!

My outfits for travel are always comfy! Hope you like the pictures and enjoy today post! Brings me sweet memories of  a long week end with good friends... I enjoyed a lot!! Back soon!!!
